The People You Talk To Are The People Who Build
Most agencies make you talk to sales, then hand you off to whoever's available. We don't work that way.
Our Leadership Team Brings
No handoffs. No middlemen. The team you meet is the team that builds your product.
Our Approach
Embed
- An intro call and a paid Deep Dive first
- Spec, architecture, and roadmap agreed up front
- Team shape set to your product
- Engineers join your tools and channels
Operate
- Weekly syncs against a clear roadmap
- Senior code review on every change
- Full visibility into progress
- One accountable lead, no handoffs
Own
- You keep full ownership of the code
- Documentation and knowledge transfer as we go
- Architecture decisions explained, not hidden
- A team that stays as long as you need it
Products We Build and Run
Our own products are built to the same standards, under the same senior leadership, as our client work. They are proof that we build, ship and operate software end to end, not side projects. Client work runs on dedicated teams, separate from our own products.

Let's See If We're a Fit
We're selective about the engagements we take on. A 30-minute call with Dan and the people who would do the work tells us both whether there's a match.
- Meet the senior people who would run your engineering
- Get honest feedback on your technical approach
- Walk away with clarity, even if we're not a fit
